Engineered for loads from 1,500 lbs. to 20,000 lbs. in applications including conveyors and heavy duty power drawn equipment, heavy duty dumpsters, aircraft assembly and maintenance equipment, gantries, hangar doors and fuel cell transport.
Depending on the selected series, these casters feature top plates and yokes constructed from cold formed ¼” steel plate to 1” thick 1045 AISI heat treated steel plate. Swivel configurations offer load races from 3 ¼” to 11” in diameter; axles from 1/2” to 2 ½” thick. Many bearing and locking wheel/brake options, and wheel and tread materials. Select models offer Prevenz™ Antimicrobial Wheels for medical, food, pharmaceutical environments that require certain removal of destructive and odor-causing microbes.
